With over 13 years of experience inspecting property, Jeff has inspected many single-family homes as well as commercial properties for people just like you. With that in mind, your needs are of the utmost importance. His philosophy is to “treat you, his buyer or seller with respect and understanding knowing that this is most likely largest purchase you will make in a lifetime”. With years of experience Jeff knows that outlining the inspection process prior to engaging the property to be inspected with you helps with understand and maintain reasonable expectations for the property.

His experience goes beyond the 13 years. With his previous experience as an on-site quality coordinator for a single-family home builder, he feels that this is another tool in his tool belt that he can share with you during the inspection.

Jeff’s goal is to be an innovator in the property inspection field. Jeff introduced thermal imaging into the Helena and surrounding area markets in 2007. 2009 he became one of the only certified manufactured home inspectors in the Helena area. In 2010 he became certified in meth testing. 2011 he introduced sewer scope inspections into the inspection process. That same year, he became certified and started offering blower door testing for Home Efficiency into his lineup.
